Do you also ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Italy and many other countries.

Are delivery times guaranteed all year round?
The delivery times indicated on our Shipping page are estimated and may vary based on:
- time of year (high or low season)
- national and international holidays
- destination (islands or remote areas may take longer)
Nino & Friends is not responsible for any delays due to the courier or causes beyond our control. We recommend ordering well in advance during holiday periods.
How can I get free shipping?
You can take advantage of free shipping in several ways:
- Italy: Free shipping on orders over €100
- Germany, Austria: Free for orders over €200
- France, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Northern Ireland: free over €300
- Ireland, Sweden, Portugal, Finland: Free for orders over €300
- United Kingdom: Free over €250
- Switzerland: free for orders over €350
- Russia: free for orders over €350
- USA and Canada: Free for orders over €500
- India, Hong Kong, Korea (South/North): free over €600
- Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Emirates, Malaysia, Qatar, Japan: free over €500
Additionally, we periodically run special promotions with free shipping, which are announced on the website or through our newsletter.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link .
If you are a registered user, you will also find the details in your personal area on our website.
Additionally, the day before delivery, you will receive a communication directly from Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) with further instructions and delivery management options.
How do shipments work during the summer?
During the warmer months (May to September), our packages are packed with gel ice to maintain the quality and freshness of our products until delivery.
To avoid prolonged delays in the courier's warehouses, we do not ship on Fridays .
I received a damaged or defective product, what can I do?
If one or more products are damaged upon delivery:
- Contact our Customer Service immediately at shop@ninoandfriends.com .
- Please include in your report: the order number, the batch number (printed on the bottom of the package), a description of the damage, a photo of the product and the packaging.
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code), in compliance with the specifications related to the nature of food products (e.g., expiration date, perishability).
